What black, white, and green frame mean

Black frame
The building structure and walls, usually without interior plastering or finishes. The apartment needs the full cycle of work, from utilities to finishing.

Typically, the walls are plastered, the floors are leveled, and the windows and entrance door are installed. What remains is the finishing work.

Green frame
A step beyond white frame: partition walls and some of the utilities are often already in place, and the apartment is ready for final finishing.
